May 27, 1958 - December 17, 2011
BREEDYK,
ADRIAN THEODORE – age 53, went home to be with his Savior December 17, 2011.
Adrian was born May 27, 1958 in Upland, California to Arie Sr. and Jessie
Breedyk. In 1993 he moved with his family from California to Dexter, NM where he
worked on the family dairy and resided until passing away after a courageous
battle with cancer. Adrian enjoyed spending time with family and friends. When
he was able he bowled on the Men’s Thursday League. He also had a love for dogs
and had the strays to prove it. When you saw his red pickup truck barreling
towards you, you better have gotten out of his way.
He married Kathy Jordan on February 26, 2011. They shared many special times
together and loved each other unconditionally. Adrian was very proud to become a
father to Kathy’s children Kyle, Kelsey, Karlie, Jared and grandson Chayse. They
loved Adrian very much and were so thankful to have him apart of their lives.
Adrian is preceded in death by his father Arie Breedyk Sr. Those left to cherish
his memory are his mother: Jessie Breedyk of Dexter, NM; his wife Kathy and
children Kyle, Kelsey, Karlie and Jared and grandson Chayse; Kathy’s parent’s
Raymond and Lela Jordan, of Dexter, NM; Three brothers and their families: John
Breedyk and Lorraine of Roswell, Neil Breedyk and Shill, and Arie Breedyk Jr.
and Darla of Dexter, NM; two sisters: Gert Breedyk of Chino, California and Ina
Visser and husband Neil of Bakersfield, California, aunts, uncles, cousins,
nieces and nephews. We will all miss Adrian, but our hope and strength comes in
knowing we will be united again with him in eternity.
Serving as pallbearers will be his brothers, as well as cousins, Bob Bloemhof
and Leroy Notterman. Brother in-law David Jordan and friends Pito Marquez and
Vic Regalado.
Viewing will take place at
